Standard Sponsorships
The standard sponsorship will be to fund a specific video, art, cosplay, items, an hour off from work in order to create the content you as a Creator want to create, or anything else you as a Creator want to create a Sponsorship for! The key difference with Sponsorling is that it does not require a high goal in order to get started. If you only need to raise $15 in order to take that hour off of work, then you can! Something also different with Sponsorling is that when the monetary goal or the closing date is reached then the donations will close. The goals unlike other sites cannot be exceeded. But Content Creators can have 1, 5, 10, 15, or even 20+ sponsorships running at once that range in content, ideas, prices, tags, and the date of close. Sponsorling also hopes to give a “voice” to supporters and viewers in the content their favorite Content Creators create! See below for more information and examples of Sponsorships.

For Creators
Sponsorling is another way for Content Creators to monetize and actually make a living on the content they love to make without having to worry about an algorithm. As you can see above and below, Creators would have full control in the Sponsorships you would create with full customization options. Content Creators can have many Sponsorships running at the same time, allowing for viewers to support the content they actually want to see or support. With no monthly intensive perks required from the creators, it allows creators who make longer form content to have the support and the time they need. Benefits are up to the creator so anything from early shows to people who support, to thank you in videos, names in the credits, or anything you can imagine. The customization of your sponsorships, goals, and the benefits are up to you.
Unlike other larger direct donations that take 30% to 50% of the donations to you the creators, Sponsorling’s goal is to only take 5% to max of 8% of the donation, enough to keep the lights on and actually expand the website into the future vision we hope it can reach.
Creation of the goals, sponsorships, and benefits are up to the imagination of the creator! Examples of actual examples that came up in discussions with content creators are funding a specific song or location for a celloist to play his cello in a TikTok. A Cosplayer holding a Cosplay sponsorship race where they have three active running sponsorships running at the same time with a race to see which is sponsored first to wear to Comic-Con. Whichever was funded they would wear and the other two that lost would have all their money refunded to them. Or even a smaller creator who wants to play the video game they and their supporters love without having to worry that they are not losing money by not playing to the algorithm that would push the current mainstream content. Sponsorling hopes to help all Creators of any size, race, platform, or sponsorship they hope to create.
For Viewers and Supporters
Giving Supporters a “Voice” is the core of what we hope Sponsorling will be able to do.
This Voice is a choice in the content of your favorite Content Creator’s produce. An example of how your “Voice” would be able to impact the Content Creators is imagine your favorite Creator, for this example we will use TactileTK a Twitch Video Game duo of Streamers. They could put multiple sponsorships on a bunch of different games that they hope to play or do. As a supporter you may have always wanted them to play more horror or smaller games but since small Creators maybe cannot afford to purchase new games, they have to make the difficult decision to make Content on more popular mainstream content that they know they can make money on to be able to afford basic necessities, or they are having difficulties on what their viewers actually want to see. You as a supporter could actually support and choose the content they make! By Supporting a specific Sponsorship, Viewers would be able to have a say in the content their favorite Content Creator produces while also getting the benefits the creator promises!
Donations are also worry free, because if the Sponsorship you hope to fund does not reach the goal by a specific date then the Creators are given a choice. Either to make the content at what was raised or to refund all of the money that has been raised by that Sponsorship so far. Allowing you to either support some other sponsorship or go use it for something else outside of Sponsorling.

Passion Projects
Passion Projects on the other hand are long term sponsorships that help Content Creators achieve goals, dreams, or other higher cost sponsorships. Unlike the standard sponsorships, these will allow the goal to be exceeded until the closing date has been met. This will have a farther out closing date and you are only ever allowed to have a max of 1 or 2 at any one time. Sponsorling Passion projects can of course be the large budget projects that larger Creators always have wanted to do but it can also be for Smaller Creators who want to raise a smaller amount of money to do something they would not be able to do without supporters help.
